These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SmmPres - Social Media Services ("SmmPres," "we," "us," or "our"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HMD Developments, Inc., governing your access to and use of the SmmPres.com website, along with any affiliated sites, applications, services, products, or features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, including but not limited to submitting orders or completing the membership form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any incorporated policies such as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from any further interaction, including registration or order placement.
SmmPres reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, amend, supplement, reorganize, suspend, or terminate these Terms, the Platform, or any services, products, or usage conditions offered thereon at any time. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review these Terms by visiting the Terms of Service page on each login to ensure compliance with the most current version.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. SmmPres may, in its sole discretion, refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders without notice if it believes you do not comply with these criteria or any other provision of these Terms.
All descriptions of social media services on the Platform are provided on a per-1,000-unit basis, and Users must account for proportional scaling based on order quantity. Users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all service-specific descriptions, terms, and conditions prior to placing any order. Failure to review such descriptions does not entitle Users to any remedies, including but not limited to refunds, cancellations, or modifications.
Registration on the Platform requires accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the membership form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including but not limited to usernames and passwords, and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify SmmPres immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. SmmPres shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your failure to secure your account or report unauthorized use promptly.
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third-party use of their accounts. Any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from such sharing are the sole responsibility of the User. Furthermore, you may not use or attempt to use another individual’s IP address, email address, username, or other personal information without explicit authorization. Any such misuse subjects you to full legal and criminal liability under applicable laws, including those of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where HMD Developments, Inc. maintains operational oversight.

SmmPres, at its sole discretion, may monitor Platform usage but is not obligated to review every order or interaction for compliance. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balances or credits, and pursuit of legal remedies without prior notice or refund. SmmPres reserves all rights to take legal action against Users who violate these Terms.
Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, policies, or systems, which may affect service delivery. Users expressly accept all risks associated with such updates, including but not limited to delays, non-completion, or variations in service timing or outcomes. SmmPres assumes no liability for account suspensions, content deletions, or other actions taken by social media providers resulting from rule violations or platform changes. SmmPres’s sole obligation is to deliver the specified quantities as outlined in the service descriptions, provided no prohibited conduct occurs.
Users must refrain from placing orders for accounts that are newly created, lack verified email or SMS authentication, or are otherwise unconfirmed, as such actions may lead to service failures without recourse or refund.
In the event of a security vulnerability discovered on the Platform, Users are required to report it immediately to SmmPres. Failure to report such vulnerabilities, or any attempt to exploit them, will result in immediate account termination without refund and may lead to legal action under applicable cybersecurity laws.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, technical data, business methods, sales systems, and proprietary designs, are owned by or licensed to SmmPres and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, translation, or publication of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
All feedback, suggestions, or submissions provided by Users to SmmPres become the exclusive property of SmmPres. We reserve the right to use such feedback for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, without compensation, attribution, or obligation to the User.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content, including order details, submitted to the Platform. SmmPres may track user data, such as visit duration, time, and viewed pages, to enhance service quality and user experience. By providing contact information (e.g., address, email, phone numbers) during registration or updates, you consent to SmmPres contacting you via mail, email, SMS, phone, or other methods for communication, marketing, or notification purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
Users must not engage in activities that prevent, disrupt, or complicate other users’ or visitors’ access to the Platform, including but not limited to uploading harmful software, overloading servers, or attempting fraudulent activities. Such actions will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal and criminal consequences.
Users may request account deletion or membership cancellation by submitting a support ticket. Upon approval, all access to the Platform will be irrevocably revoked, and SmmPres reserves the right to permanently delete all associated account data without liability. Users acknowledge that such deletion is irreversible and waive any claims to rights or compensation for deleted records.
The Platform may include links or references to third-party websites not controlled by SmmPres. SmmPres disclaims all responsibility for the content, functionality, or practices of such sites.
SmmPres provides all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. No guarantees are provided regarding service uptime, accuracy, activity levels, non-drops, or specific results from using the Platform.
SmmPres shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. In no event shall SmmPres’s aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All payments for services on the Platform are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayTR). Credit card information or other payment details are not stored on SmmPres servers or those of its service providers, ensuring maximum security for Users.
Pursuant to UAE tax regulations, as HMD Developments, Inc. operates under UAE jurisdiction for fiscal matters, Users requesting invoices must provide a valid UAE Tax Registration Number (TRN). Failure to provide a valid TRN will result in the denial of invoice issuance, as SmmPres is legally obligated to comply with UAE VAT regulations to prevent non-compliance penalties. This requirement ensures adherence to international tax standards and supports regulatory transparency.
All purchases of balance (credits) on the Platform and all services provided in exchange for such balance are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, except as explicitly provided herein. Users purchase balance to fund social media services, and once balance is loaded into a User’s account, it is deemed an irrevocable transaction due to its digital and non-tangible nature, as governed by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and analogous UAE regulations on digital goods and services. Services provided in exchange for balance are customized and delivered immediately upon order placement, rendering them consumed and non-returnable. Refunds of balance or services outside the Platform’s internal system are strictly prohibited, as external reversals may contravene anti-money laundering statutes, UAE financial regulations, and international banking compliance requirements, exposing parties to legal risks.
In the event an order funded by balance is partially completed or canceled due to technical issues solely attributable to SmmPres, an automatic refund of the unused portion of the balance may be credited to the User’s account within the Platform, at SmmPres’s sole discretion. No refunds or balance reversals will be issued for completed orders, drops in engagement, changes to social media platform policies, user errors (e.g., incorrect links, prohibited content), or any other circumstances, including but not limited to account suspensions or content removals by third-party social media platforms.
Accounts found to engage in abuse, fraud, or violations—such as using stolen payment methods, submitting prohibited content, placing duplicate orders before completion, or directing insults toward SmmPres staff—will be immediately terminated, with all associated balances, credits, or services forfeited without refund or notice. SmmPres further reserves the right to reverse any delivered services (e.g., followers, likes) in such cases, without compensation. Users acknowledge that balance loaded onto the Platform can only be used for services within the Platform and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted to cash or any other form of payment outside the Platform.
SmmPres reserves the unqualified right to suspend, terminate, or cancel any account, order, service, or the entire Platform at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability. This includes the forfeiture of any unused balances, credits, or payments. Users acknowledge and accept that such actions are inherent to the discretionary operation of a digital service platform and waive any claims arising therefrom.
Upon termination, whether initiated by the User or SmmPres, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, and you must destroy any downloaded or copied materials obtained from the Platform.
SmmPres may unilaterally modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a new effective date and may be communicated to Users via email or SMS if deemed necessary. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SmmPres is committed to protecting User privacy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, for detailed information on data collection, use, and protection practices. By registering or placing orders on the Platform, you consent to receiving communications, including marketing and notifications, via the contact information provided, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
Order data may be shared with service providers as necessary to fulfill services but will remain confidential otherwise, except when disclosure is required by law (e.g., requests from official UAE or governmental authorities). Transaction records are securely maintained and not shared with third parties, except as noted above.
Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time by notifying SmmPres through the designated support channels.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Users waive any right to participate in class actions or pursue claims through jury trials.
Users agree that any legal action or proceeding must be initiated within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arises, after which it shall be permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms, together with any incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and SmmPres, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral. SmmPres may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice or consent.
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you affirm your full acceptance of these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

In the event of updates, changes, or modifications to social media platform policies, algorithms, or operational frameworks beyond the control of SmmPres, we disclaim all liability for any resulting service disruptions, delays, or failures, and no compensation, refund, or remedy shall be provided. By proceeding with any use of the Platform, including the purchase of balance or ordering of services, you acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in delivered services vest immediately with you upon completion, thereby precluding any claims for reversal, refund, or additional compensation under applicable global e-commerce and digital content regulations, including but not limited to exemptions for customized digital goods.
